License problem

<< < (2/3) > >>

JimH:
It could be a problem.  Try sending yourself your licenses.  Use option #2 on the Start page.  If you don't receive them, check your Spam folder.

morrison:
So, my English is very bad, I apologize.

Again. I not received the jriver email after purchasing - and it does not get into the junk! Next, I requested license here - https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi - and "restored" it. Now I have serial - but this number is not accepted by player  with Error: 'Temporary failure, unable to generate license". I try this page - https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi - put my serial and get same message - "Temporary failure, unable to generate license"

Next, on the advice of Matt, I changed my e-mail (?) At this link - https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displaychange=1. Again asked for the code here - https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi, got the same key - "JRiver, Inc. Media Center 19 Mac: **** - **** - **** - **** - **** 5 restores left ", and he still is not accepted player!

Now I have few mails from JRiver (and they never go into the junk folder) , one serial code and not registered MC Mac 18.0.218...

JimH:
The license must match the version of the player, including the OS.  A Windows license won't work on a Mac.

Update your Mac version to the latest.

I've changed your e-mail on that license to your gmail address.

morrison:
I did not mention the version of windows, and I certainly understand that. I have no problems with winMC key since 10 version).

I can not use the MAC key with the MAC version. The only discrepancy - MAC Player 18, but the key "JRiver, Inc. Media Center 19 Mac" - but its not my choice, I just click Buy from MC18 MAC and pay.

Latest, right?

PS my mac is power on and have Internet access  ::)

Matt:
Please wait until Monday and we'll try your code.

It's possible changing MC18 Mac to accept an MC19 Mac license has caused a problem.
