Android is Java running on ARM CPUs. I think they've said there are no plans for an Android port.
I'm afraid that is not entirely accurate. While its true that the Android GUI is largely written in Java, the Android Kernel is actually a monolithic, modified Linux kernel largely written in C/C++.
You're right that there are no plans though, at least that's what JRiver keeps telling us
