You probably have some bad rips which are still playable but the analysis can't handle it. I have about 48 files out of 85K. If this is the case, you can try what I did

Import this into a new smartlist

Code: [Select]
[Media Type]=[Audio] [Dynamic Range (R128)]=[] [Duration]=>35 -[File Type]=[m4p] ~sort=[Album Artist],[Artist],[Media Type],[Album Artist (auto)],[Album],[Disc #],[Track #],[Name]
This will give you a list of all your files not analysed. Scroll down a bit from the top and manually select a bunch and right click library tools and analyse. If this works probably the top 4 or more files are not in great shape. I just selected everything manually except the top hundred or so files and analysed them, if it re-cues you have run into another bad song or album rip.

Good luck and hope this helps
