So whats the big problem with ASIO4ALL ?

I entirely understand JRiver's problem with third-party software that attempts to leverage MediaCenter, and ends up causing problems for you (eg J____).

But ASIO4ALL is just a driver, to my knowledge they have never even mentioned JRiver, so why all the antagonism ?

ASIO4ALL is really neat.  We recommended it a lot in the past, but it's no longer necessary with MC.  It's still useful with other programs.

Kudos to Michael Tippach for his contribution to computer audio.

(p.s. Please don't speak for JRiver and say there's antagonism.  There is not.)
