Hi, I'm new in this forum. I use an Asus EEEc netbook with W7 starter - SP1 -  as OS. I've downloaded trial version of MC (19) but I'm not able to install it.

When clicked on executable, unpacking begins, but arrived at 100%, installation does not proceed.

Can help me please?

Did you download from jriver.com?

How long did you wait?  A slow PC might take a while.

Yes, I've dloaded from site. I'll try to wait more, but analyzing proceses it does not appear installation of jriver.

Even if I've waited for hours, nothing happened. I do not understand why... MC installs on XP and W7 of another pC, but NOT on netbook... ? ? ?

MC 18 installs easily on my Gateway netbook. I have not tried MC 19. Maybe you should try 18 and see if that installs.

This could be an idea, even if I'm curious to know why 19 does not install.

Yesterday evening I had a long TeamViewer session with Mr. Joseph of Jplay, because his SW did not install as well as JRiver. After having analyzed my system, in this case the matter is that my (old) netbook is single core processor, so Jplay cannot be mounted on.

COuld this be the same for JRiver 19?

The most recent versions of MC19 require SSE3, which if your EE PC is (I don't recognise that model number) what I think it is with a 900mhz Celeron processor, doesn't support.

Not sure why the installer doesn't finish mind, I *don't* think it requires SSE3 (Matt??)
