19.0.57 (10/17/2013)

1. Changed: Prevent message boxes from popping up in /mediaserver mode.
2. Fixed: DLNA, problems with some http 1.1 devices.

19.0.56 (10/10/2013)

1. Changed: Attempt to back off requirements to SSE2.
2. NEW: If the default lucida font isn't found will fall back to a different font (requires the xfonts-100dpi package)

19.0.54 (10/08/2103)

1. NEW: Added support for 24-bit ALSA devices.
2. Fixed: When playback failed to start, it could lead to a crash.
3. Fixed: Mouse move tracking was not working, causing many UI issues.
4. Fixed: Typing in an edit control that showed suggestions could segfault.

19.0.53 (10/07/2013)

1. Fixed: Window minimize, maximize, and restore work.
2. NEW: Compiled without SSE support. Need Feedback.

1: NEW: Fallback to S16_LE sound if the ALSA driver doesn't support S32_LE.

Still having the window issues that started with 53.
Can't resize the main window and attempting to move it just causes it to shift left a few hundred pixels.

This is a known issue.  It's near the top of the list, so hopefully we'll get it next week.

fwiw, if I hold down the alt key, I can click and drag the window around anywhere....KDE4

Ha! I forgot about that and resizing from the active windows panel.

Y'all keep trying. I'm getting closer and closer to having MC19 opening and running on Linux Mint Debian Edition. Got all the way to the display of the interface before the installation aborted. I even tried downloading MC19 to the Debian Testing distro, but it wouldn't even get that far. And I do want to use a rolling distro.
Thanks for all of your and the rest of the techs at JRiver for working to develop an MC for Linux distros.

I'll check the 64 bit install on Monday but on 32 bit mint olivia I had no troubles:

Perhaps your settings are corrupt. You can force MC to start over by deleting them

rm -ri ~/.jriver
(interactive delete for safety)
