Glitches in TV recording

Using my HDHomeRun Prime...is totally fine in Windows Media Center, but I get glitches every couple of minutes in MC19.  Same exact PC.  What an I do to troubleshoot? 

To be clear, it doesn't happen while watching live TV, only on recorded TV.
