Does MC19 include any ability to DVR webcasts - in the same way that it can do with a TV tuner ?

Any time that I watch anything, I would like to have the ability to "pause" - to answer the doorbell, answer the phone, or visit the restroom.

Of course, when playing a video file, that is no problem, and when watching live TV, MC19 includes DVR functionality.

But if there is a live concert, or other live programming on the Web, there is usually no pause capability through the web browser.   Does MC19 have this capability ?

If not, is there some other software that can do this ?
