Closing JRiver
« on: October 31, 2013, 03:41:50 pm »

I am having a problem exiting out of JRiver ver. 19.0.66. When I go to File and Exit or when I press the 'X' in the top right, the program hangs and I can only stop it by Ending in Task Manager.

Any ideas?

As a test, try turning off auto-import in Options > Library & Folders.

I'm wondering if you have a file that the audio analyzer is getting stuck on.

Thanks Matt. It seems to be working now. How do I determine what it was hanging on?

Analyze your files manually (Library Tools > Analyze Audio).

When you find the file that the program sticks on, please consider providing us a sample (logs at jriver [dot] com).

Thank you.
