Anytime I try to play a .mp4 video from my library server to a client PC (both Windows, MC 19.0.67) it hangs for a few minutes before starting playback. If I use FireFox to browse to the URL (GetFile?File=38086) that it's calling the video starts playing immediately. From the log below it took 267s for playback to start. Playback of .avi, .mkv, .m4v works fine.

The thing taking all the time seems to be:

I see the same problem. I did not see any delays in .54. After I upgraded to .67 - I also tried .100 - I see the same delays you're seeing. I downgraded my clients back to .54.

This appears to have been resolved in 117. No idea if it was just us or an issue with the program...
