MC17 Shell Integration and Windows 8.1

Ever since i upgraded my PC to Windows 8.1, I can't enable Shell Integration

I tried unchecking, rebooting the PC, enabling Shell Integration and rebooting again (numerous time) and it does not work

Anyone experiencing this issue?
