Slowing down
« on: March 02, 2002, 10:48:45 pm »

I'm a new user here so if this is a well known issue my apologies.  When ripping CDs the first few tracks copy at a sensible speed butthe deeper into the CD the slower its gets to the point that the second to last track for example hadn't copied after leaving it overnight.  The CD device is a Panasonic writable DVD drive on a SCSI interface and there is no problem on play back.  I have changed all the settings for buffers etc but no joy.

I have had a couple of crashes as well, don't know if these are related

System is W2000

Any Advice much appreciated

Cheers

Could be a problem with disk space.  Version of MJ?
