xp and close

player closes sometimes under win xp and can't figure out why.

any ideas ?

"Media Jukebox must shut down, sorry for the inconvenience" message comes up.

That is called a "Fatal Error" and it is usually because of work in progress (beta/alpha) programming. You selected a directive to the program with the output missing. You can click "view report" and it will tell you the point of error and some hexadecimal code. This can be useful to the team writing the program. You should post what you did to cause the error and this technical info to the thread with the "new beta available."

have same problem.  I am using corporate XP.  Are you using home or corporate.  often times I am really not doing anything when it states it has to shut down.
