when I play ape file , it always say that "something went wrong when palyback.
details: you are attempting to paly an ape file that was encoded with a wersion of Monkey's Audio that is newer than the ape plug-in.
Plug-in version: 4.11
Ape file version:4.11"
I have tried lot of ape plug-in but still can't solve the problem. I hope someone who know the solution could help me .

You don't need a plug-in for MC.  It includes APE.

Try re-installing MC.

The APE file may be corrupt.  Try ripping a CD and encoding it to APE, then test those files.

thank you. I have re-installed MC on my win8.1 64bit, and download the app from it's official website, install it on another win xp 32bit computer, but the problem still occur. I have tried verious kind of ape file encoded with version 4.11, none work.

Please try this:

1. Make sure your Options > Audio setup is correct, and that audio works generally (that it is isolated to specific files).
2. Enable Logging.
3. Quit and relaunch MC (so you have a new Log).
4. Reproduce the error with a particular file that exhibits the problem.
5. Go back to Help > Logging and click the Report Problem button.
6. This generates a ZIP file containing some system info and the logs and places it on your desktop.
7. Upload this file, and the APE file that caused the issue, to some kind of file sharing service such as Dropbox or Wikisend where you can generate a public link for the content.

Then, come back here and either post the URL generated above in step 7, or if you prefer privacy, email it to logs[at]jriver [dot] com along with a link to this thread.
