I'm not in Canada, but regarding the profiles issue - I have not seen a post or problem with profiles since this original posting. I never get asked by Netflix to select a profile (probably because I only have one profile) whenever I log onto the website or start Netflix in MC.
One thing that is weird though - Sometimes a series that I add to my queue (like "Poirot" (the BBC detective series)) won't load the episodes in Theater View (the title/cover loads but when you click it on it sys "nothing to display", but I can watch them from my queue on the Netflix site.
