jriver v19 upgrade

hi

ive just payed for the upgrade to v19, i would download automatically and came up with a dialogue box saying unknown error, so i tried to kick things off manually using the registration code and the result was the same dialogue then everything closed down

Any idea's i also seem to have lost the registration code as well

Thanks for the purchase.

Run MC19 Windows and enter your code using Help > Restore License (or on the dialog that appears when you first launch).  Your code starts with B and ends with 2.

Matt, Apologies this is me not the software, i have the code for the upgrade, it didnt show me anything to allow me to enter a code, it looks like i have the 30 days download, nowhere to put the code into

From the Help menu inside Media Center, pick Restore License (or similar, I'm going from memory).  It'll then ask for your code.
