I downloaded MC to my portable 15" MBP Retia Maverick OS...worked perfectly.  The music files are on a Firewire HD

On the problem machine...all privacy software is off...I Trashed the MC 19.0 and cleaned Trash. Then downloaded 19.0.100.

19.0.100 opened with all the files I'd previously dowloaded...333GB+ then crashed.

That the new version opened with all the music files indicates I was not able to trash the old one completely   ??

How do I send you the crash file?  I can't copy it and paste it.

Thanks,

Gordon

Both a Media Center log file and a Mac crash report would be useful to investigate the problem.

For the Media Center log file, enable logging under Help / Logging, then following a crash, restart Media Center and go to Help / Logging / Report Problem.

For the Mac crash report.  Here's a link for how to find it: http://serato.com/scratchlive/support/6600/how-to-get-a-crash-log-in-mac-osx
Post it here or email to: logs at jriver dot com

We'll look into this when we're back in the office on January 2nd.  Thanks.
