BBC World and Radio--Not opening

Hello,

When I try to play BBC World all I get is Windows Media screen and empty audio except for some crackling. MSNBC audio works fine. Radio stations do not seem to open--I get error message that can't find station. What to do?

2X the paths for the audio. I've found some dead links. If necessary, reinstall the data using 'add a station' [bottom of screen] in the Web Media view.
