Missing data
« on: January 22, 2014, 04:34:12 pm »

Did I post this this morning? Thought I did but can't find the post!

When I say missing data, I don't mean meta-data. Of my film rips (folders - VIDEO_TS and bdmv) a handful do not have data for duration, bitrate, and some others. I understand these are not user 'serviceable' fields, but are determined by the files themselves.

Some have wrong info - Fargo is apparently only 27 minutes long!

Try selecting one of those video files and doing an Update Library (from tags).  This usually re-reads the files and updates such information.

Nope, tried that. The other field is Compression.

Tried deleting it from library altogether and re-importing and no different. Playing one now and it's playing fine.

Weird.

Still have this (with the same film - Croods), even after a clean install of Windows and MC.

Even weirder!
