video file location will not allow me to Save Options

I am trying to save Options.
I get an error message.
video file location cannot be empty.

Well it can coz I have no videos.

I cannot see where I can overcome this annoyance.
any ideas please...

You may not have vidoes NOW but you may in the future, so leaving a setting like a File Location as empty isn't a good idea.  The solution is simple - point the folder to some unused or temporary folder.  If you're not going to use Video, you can disable the Video Feature (Tools > Options > General > Features > Video Support).
