Convert MC19 from Window to Mac?

Hello,
I've been using the MC19 with Win Ver in my notebook.  Recently, I bought a new Macbook to replace my old notebook, and would like to convert the MC19 to the Macbook.  My question is that can I use the existing licence code and the install-key to install the MC19 with Mac Ver to my new Macbook? Do you have any suggestion on my case?

No you can not use a Windows license on a Mac they are completely different licenses so if you want a Mac key you will need to purchase the Mac version.
