After re-reading this I think I need to be clearer. I want to watch a DVD video via JRiver without sound and listen to Pandora.

MC doesn't support Pandora, but you could run it in a browser.

Yeah, that's what I mean. But the audio from JRiver takes over.

Turn off exclusive mode in the audio options.

You can also copy your zone and use Null Output for audio in the new silent zone.
