I have small thumbnails and small fonts, I wish to have bigger thumbnails so I changed it to 200 percent, this is good but now my fonts are big as well, can I make the fonts smaller?

I wish this were possible too but unfortunately there is only one control for both.  I would especially like just larger images in the list view with the small image to the left of the text.  This is my preferred view but I can't really see the images very well since they are so small.
