Hi all,

I have a windows 7 SP1 media server that I installed JRiver 19 on.  When I install license, it says that it was successful.  But then when I start media player, it still says trial period expired.

I tried this many times without success.  Also tried re-installing the application, turn off UAC.  My login is the local administrator.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
