Hello,

Just picked up Ceton's Infiniti 4 today, for use with MC18. 

Using the instructions, I was able to get Windows Media Center up and running, no problem.

But get nothing but digital noise and a mostly black screen using MC18.  Oh, and there's a warning at the bottom of the screen "disk space is getting low...."  It's strange because I have 12gigs free on my C drive.  If needed I can use other drives on my computer (450 gigs free on one, 392 gigs free on the other).

I'd much prefer to use MC18 over WMC.

Already searched this forum without luck....

Are the channels you try to watch encrypted by your cable provider?

12 GB is really not large enough space for TV operation, especially for HD channels, but 392 GB certainly is.

Yes, I followed the instructions.  DLNA is checked.

The channels are not encrpted.  I can view them fine in WMC.  The problem is exclusive to MC18.

You can view encrypted channels in WMC, but not in our software.  So that does not prove much.  But if you are sure the channel is not encrypted, then there must be something else.  You can email me a log.  yaobing at jriver dot com
