"ASIO driver stopped unexpectedly"
« on: February 28, 2014, 06:32:57 am »

Hi ALL!!
I am a happy owner of JR MC from version 10.
Two days ago I changed my pc and I had the tragic idea of installing Windows 8.1.
Well .. I installed the W8 installed MC 19, I installed the drivers for my DAC, I turned on the system and always after a random amount of time running the system hangs and I get the error segunte: "ASIO driver stopped unexpectedly ".
I know that's probably a problem with the Drivers, but can you help me?
The DAC and integrated into MCinstoh C48.

thanks

You could try using WASAPI instead of ASIO ...

Yes I tried but unfortunately JRiver tells me that the drivers only support up to 24/96 Kh for that mode.
This seems very limiting.
With Windows 7 I have not had this problem.
