Save Audio Settings
« on: March 08, 2014, 04:41:38 am »

Hi, have just replaced my HT / Music PC with a much more powerful one and have spent what seems like ages setting up the audio settings

If I have to reset or reinstall in the future is it possible to save the Audio and DSP Studio settings so I could restore them to save going through the setup stage again

As far as I can see I may have to write down the individual settings and keep them safe which I am quite prepared to do, but if there is a "save as" which I have missed I would be grateful of any advise

Cheers Steve

If you backup the "Main Library" inside MC, it'll include all settings. If you then import this library again in your new setup, it'll offer you to also import all settings.

Perfect - Thank You

Saw that but thought it would only backup the Library

That will save me a lot of typing and be a big time saver

any way to backup *just* settings for use in creating settings profiles? :-)  I use a lot of VSTs to clean up poorly recorded audio tracks on videos,  while each has its own user presets I haven't found a good way to automate the ordering of plugins and checking of boxes in DSP options. would be a great feature!
