MC 19.120 does not see my Blueray Writer

Hi,

I never used an external CD or Blueray Drive with my audio only media pc. Windows 8 is detecting the samsung Blueray Drive and can also access tracks. (only tested with Audio CDs).  It is mounted as Drive D. MC complains that there is no CD inserted and under Option, the detect feature shows nothing. Any Idea?

What happens if you insert a Blu-ray movie?

I don't have a Blue Ray it was only my plan to use it. for CDs

Is the drive USB 2 or 3? Do you have it plugged into a USB 2 or 3 port.
I have run into issues a couple of times when using a 2 device in a 3 port.

IT is USB 2 and plugged into a USB 2 port.
