back button from live tv

If I hit the back button from live tv it brings me back to the guide but when I select a new show it hangs on 'watch' option.  This only happens with 'enable fullscreen exclusive mode for drawing'.  But without FSE mode my menu is buggy.  Is there a fix or should I submit a bug?
