Issue: read-only mode on one portable install library

Anyone like to suggest why I get

 "This database will be opened in read-only mode.  Any changes will be lost when the program exits."

when my portable install opens this (and no other) library?



This on Win7, with no other MC instances running. Unlocker shows no users of the library files before MC launch.
