jremote connecting

bought the jremote app for the iphone and entered the access key and keep getting the same error message. "access key was verified, but computer connection failed. make sure your computer is running and connected to a network." any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Please use the JRemote thread on the Third Party board.  See "Network Access" on the wiki.
