Connection problem with gizmo.

I have strange glitch with gizmo app , the issue is that i can't connect from my phone(s3) using any version of the app above 19.
I'm currently using gizmo 18.xx with no problems at all , yet all the latest version of the software that i download from play store don't pass the access key authorisation.
There is no connection.
I did succeed using some public wifis but cell provider's internet is like brick wall .
No such issue with gizmo ver. below 19.

I'm using JRiver 19.
It is not home network/router problem.
I also use Bubbleupnp with no issues.

Gizmo works with either MC18 or MC19.  There are no known problems in this regard.

Go through the setup again and make sure you've done it correctly.

A firewall could block the connection.

Running another server on the same port could also do it.

The wiki has a topic on [url=http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Network_Access]Network Access[/url] that may help.

Please be more clear about where you're having trouble.  On your LAN or outside it?  What happens?

I did reinstalled numerous times.
Firewall is not blocking me.
As i said i have no problem connecting with old version of gizmo 18.xx to JRiver MC 19 through cell carrier.
The issue is with latest 19 xx and above...some code changes?

I just run a test...i download latest version of gizmo from Play Store.
Connected successfully through public wi fi ,got the key authorised then switched off the wi fi connection back to cell carrier.
The app successfully switched to streaming music by cell carrier but every few seconds i receive error pop up about connection to the server.
I guess it is the server where my authorization key is published....
The issue seems to be with connection to the main jriver server , for some reason.
Yet the app keeps playing music.
Say again...no such issue with old gizmo , it works flawlessly by cell connection. :o

So you are connecting from outside your LAN.

On Wifi, it works.

Turning off Wifi, it doesn't.

In that condition, your phone is using the port for the first connection (wifi) so the second one won't work.

Try powering your phone down and back up.

The Access Key method is started from your home server and registers your home server with JRiver's server.

When you start playback, the Access Key is used to get your home server's IP address from JRiver's server.

This works the same way in MC18 and MC19.

I have powered down and up my phone and cant verify my authorisation key key anymore through cell network.
I can switch on my wi fi , connect to some random one i can find , get my key verified then generate playlist and start the playback then switch back to cell network and listen to the musick.
Even full library is on random play.
I can't generate new playlists or do anything else....it will not let me.
The server error keeps popping up every few second but musick keeps on streaming.

Go figure....

I still must use gizmo 18. outdoors.
Can someone send me apk files of builds in  between 18 and the 19.50 so i can check what is the latest one that works for me?

So i stumbled upon possibility of entering direct IP and port into gizmo and problem is solved.
Too bad is not more obviously highlighted somewhere.

If you're still using 19.0.50, you could update to the latest, 19.0.124.  It's at the top of the MC19 board.
