I'm seeing some odd behaviour with multimonitor support enabled under XP.  (Had a monitor and Matrox card laying around, thought I'd give it a whirl)

One minor thing is right clicking on the visualization window for the pop-up menu doesn't pop up the menu where the app is, it pops up on my primary display if I have MJ on the secondary.

So just a general note that you may want to try this out on a multi-head system and see how it behaves.  It's nice having a full screen MJ monitor and still having my main screen for working on stuff
