"Sent to" issue with Asus tablette MEMO FHD 10

When I try to do a "Sent to" to my Asus I have the following error :

None of the tracks can be transferred.
Common errors include insufficient rights or unsupported files types.

What's the problems ?
In the past, with my Archos I never had issues with this function....

In the portable device settings you probably don't have the file extension of your media in the supported types list.

How does one find these settings?  Looks like they may be in the Android settings but maybe in JR River?  Help

In jriver.  Attach device.  Then tools options handheld.
