I have a big Problem i got a new laptop and when i click on the DSP it just go crazy don't know why but with my other laptop i had no problem both are on win 8.1 the HP never had a problem but i upgraded to a 17 inch Toshiba i think they should have a number to call for the price i paid for this ... ?
