web gizmo search causing media center to stop responding

I have been accessing media center using web Gizmo and "some" searches cause media center to stop responding and I have to restart media center when I get home. often it happens when I am searching using two or more words such as "the cure" or "why can't". Has anyone else had this issue?
I am running Media center 19.0.128 on a windows 7 64-bit box.
