Theme Background Images will not change

I upgraded to MC19 a few weeks ago and didn't notice until recently but it seems that if you have a bunch of JPG images in the Playing Now folder of the current theme the images no longer cycle. If you return to the Home screen of Theater View and then go back to the Playing Now screen the image will change but it will not change if you just stay in Playing now. If you have the theme set to display online image data the images cycle just fine, this only applies to images stored in the local Playing Now folder.
