I select a cue of a flac album, choose to open with MC and it adds the tracks, five times instead of once. I can delete the other 4 lists of the album and it will play fine.

I can't reproduce this problem with the FLAC cues I have here.  Maybe you could send me just the cue file and I'll try it here.  johnt at jriver dot com

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem with the file you sent - it imported the correct 11 files.

Each time you do the open on the CUE file from Finder, MC will add another 11 entries to the playing now list.  Of course if you did the open five times you'd see five copies in Playing Now, but that doesn't sound like what you are describing.

There was a problem in the past that could cause bad CUE file database entries to hang around even after they had been deleted.  When the FLAC/CUE files with the exact same name were re-imported, the problem would keep re-occurring.  If this might be the case, you could try renaming the FLAC file and also edit the FLAC file name within the CUE file and then re-import. Or just move them to a different folder prior to opening the CUE file with MC.

Renamed and moved to a different Hard Drive (not just different folder )
Urgghhh, still duplicating.... oof!
Btw I am so happy with JRiver that deleting the superfluous items is minor
