DSF files playable but not showing up in library

Greetings to all,

I just installed JRiver on my Mac running Mavericks. DSF files are playable by selecting them via "Open Media File", but they aren't showing up in the library. Is this a file association issue?

You need to import the files.  Use File / Library / Import from the menu and choose the folder where the files reside.

That did the trick!
I obviously have a LOT to learn about MC. So far I really like the look and feel.
