After several computer failures resulting in re imaging. I have lost restores for JR 19. Is it possible for you to reset my license for me or tell me when I will be able to use JR again if I have to wait?
Since this is my first time using JRiver Interact I do ot know what information to send you to help you locate my purchase information. It was purchased thru JRiver website.
Can someone sort him out?
