Crash when trying to rip
« on: May 19, 2014, 11:52:41 am »

Windows 7. Ripping has worked perfectly for months. But now, I insert a CD, the analyzing disc message comes up and goes away, but then the program just hourglasses. When I click anywhere in the program, I get the Windows message that asks if I want to close the program, look for a solution, or wait.

The drive and discs I've been trying to rip, show up and play in iTunes.

Log File is attached

Thanks

That's a hang, not a crash.  Let it go for a few minutes to see if you get an error message.

Try killing anything that is accessing the drive in the background.

Did iTunes get updated recently?  Or anything else that uses the drive?
