I have all my files loaded on a Drobo 5D.  I was using a laptop to run MC18, then upgraded to MC19 with no problems. The laptop's OS is Windows Home Edition. I'm now trying to import my files into MC19 using a new computer that runs Windows 8. No matter what I do, all I get is one big folder that says "Unassigned," with no information as to artist, album, genre, track number or anything.  I'm pretty unsophisticated at this and think there's probably something obvious that I failed to do.  Any help would be appreciated.  I really hope I don't have to go back and add all the missing information, as I've been transferring my CDs to disc for about nine months now (4 terabytes and growing).
