Hi Guys, recently I came across this funny issue where an artist I imported from CD
does not appear in the MC library although it is located on the HDD.

Note that when originally imported it was in the MC library with no issues on playback
etc. it sort of after a while just disappeared from the Library.

The workaround is that from within MC I simply import it again from disc....

At first it was one artist every now and then but recently it happens more often.

Wondering if you guys have come across this and maybe have a solution.

Two things:

1. It may be in the library, but under tagged incorrect, and therefore not obvious where it is.  So use the Search Wizard (upper right Search box, click the arrow), and search by Filename (path) since you know the path in explorer  Maybe just use "contains" and use a relevant partial pathname.  See if it appears.

2. You previously removed the files from MC, and have auto-import set to not re-import previously deleted files.  In this case, or should you not find it in (1) above, drive the folder onto MC and this will force a manual import.  Or use Tools > Import > Import a single-folder.
