hello,

here what i have when i launch jriver

the following module has failed to load
C:/programm(x86)/J River/Media center19/Media center 19.exe

It has reported the following error

failed to load JRTools

Please reinstall the latest version of the progemm

I might had a virus (trojan) but it was blocked by my antivirus (avast)

What should i do? and how?

The antivirus itself may be the problem.

Disable it to test.  Reinstall MC19.  See the wiki topic on "Old Versions".

You may have to uninstall the antivirus to make sure it isn't the problem.

thanks a lot, I did what you said (disable antivirus, reinstall jriver) and it worked perfectly.
I'm pretty amazed to have recovered almost everything, so fast and so easely.
there is just one thing: when i lauch the theater view, i've this error message: error stating direct3d engine (error geting adpater information).

Any idea?
