Audio analysis information in tags?
« on: May 27, 2014, 05:19:35 am »

Hi,

I use JRiver MC on 2 separate computers.  I did the audio analysis on my entire library (65 000+ files) and it took quite a long time.  I did a backup of my files on an external HDD to use it with a laptop during party's.

My problem is that the "laptop version" of MC wants to analyze a very large portion (50 000+ files) of the backup library.  It seem that the audio analysis information was not stored on the tags.

My library contains 60% of FLAC.

Maybe I did something wrong?

Thank you for your help.

If you've got the same files (including names and folder structure), then copy and paste tags may save you some hassle.

Do your research on the Wiki and through Interact. When you're ready, start small until you're sure you've got things working right.
