I am having issues connecting withmy MC 19 Mac media network via JRemote. I type the access key provided in MC 19, and the connection summary looks like this:

Response received

Could not connect, Error: ConnectFailure (Network is unreachable)

My Macbook Pro is connected to my Netgear router's wireless network, and the Netgear router is connected via ethernet to a Verizon Fios router /modem. I am able to connect to the library when the Macbook is connected to the Verizon router/modem via ethernet, but I would prefer to not have to use this method. Perhaps there is a setting on my Netgear router that needs to be changed?
