Cover Art on files transferred to removable drive
« on: February 14, 2002, 12:44:15 am »

I just transferred about 1GB of MP3's to my USB device and am now listening at work to my files.
I didn't import them but just playing them straight from the device.

I noticed when I click on properties of a file and go to the image tab, the path for the image on my home PC
is there.
This is wonderful !!!!!
Is the path to the image file now saved in the id3v2 tag ?
and if so, is it possible to create a smartlist that excludes files with no path or image inside ?
Thanks,

Benny

I assume you're using MJ at work, too.
Are your MJ library files on the USB device?
If so, are they somehow being accessed?

I'd be surprised if the image path was in a tag.

No library is on my USB device, just my mp3 files.
At work I have an empty library (totally new created, no clone from home)
