Is the jriver 64 bit?

hi, i'm from Thailand. so sorry for my english.
I just wondering my pc run windows server 2012 64 bit but jriver in task manager  is 32bit program. Is it normal? or I do something wrong.
And when i play file 24/192 it stuck for a second and then it play again and again. so i think because the memory but i see in task manager it use just 11%. how can i setup the jriver?
FYI, i use optical from sound card (asus essence st) to MDAC  and my setting is defult (S/PDIF Pass-through device (WASAPI))

Media Center is 32-bit with a few 64-bit components.  The audio engine is fully 64-bit floating point.

my pc is windows 8.1  64 bit 
please improve 64 bit too
