New Panasonic blu-ray doesn't see MC18 DLNA server
« on: June 11, 2014, 04:01:34 pm »

I've been using MC18's DLNA server for over a year now. I've become pretty familiar with the product. I have been streaming movies/music/photos to my Panasonic TV, Samsung Blu-ray player, and Sony Blu-ray player without issue.

Recently I purchased a new Panasonic Blu-ray player (DMP-BDT460). For the life of me I cannot get the new Panny player to see MC's DLNA server.

The Panny player can see the TV's built in DLNA server.
I can push content from MC to the Panny player, so I know there is a connection between the two systems.
I have tried deleting the profile and creating a new one, but that made no difference.
I downloaded MC19 and installed it beside my MC18 version, but the Panny player doesn't see MC19's DLNA server either.
I don't think it's a ports issue, because everything is on the same subnet.

What else can I try? Uninstall both versions and start fresh?
