Mp3 encoder for version 7 or 7.2
« on: February 22, 2003, 08:55:30 am »

Recently as there was virus on my computer, the programs got disrupted. Due to this I have to re-install the program but I lost my Mp3 encoder file. Now I am not able to encode my CD’s and cassettes in Mp3 format.

After facing this problem I downloaded and installed latest Mp3 encoder (for version 8) from your web site successfully on computer. Although I am able to encode songs but failed to import them in my library and can’t play them.

After this above stated problem I upgraded Media Jukebox from version 7 to version 8. Now I can play these tracks. But I can’t encode CD’s. Whenever I try to record songs in Mp3 format, computer shows Fatal error message and hangs-up.

Now you see I am in a funny situation, I can encode CD’s through version 7 with new encoder that is for Media Jukebox 8 and to play them I have to upgrade Media Jukebox version 8

How this problem can be solved.
